Together with an MC12 or an MC100 master controller the PD12P is an extremely flexible and reliable peristaltic filling solution, the preferred choice of the biopharm and the diagnostic industries. The peristaltic filling principle delivers the widely recognised advantages of accurate filling, sterility, guarantee against cross contamination and ease of cleaning. A combination of the MC12 or the MC100 and between 1 and 16 PD12P units can be integrated into a fully automatic filling line.
HIGH FLEXIBILITY IN FILL VOLUMES AND NO COSTLY OVERFILLING
The PD12P is able to fill volumes from less than 0.2 ml to more than 250 ml, and a filling accuracy of +/- 0.5% is achievable for most volumes. This unique and consistent filling accuracy prevents costly overfilling and contributes to an excellent return on your investment.
NO CROSS CONTAMINATION WITH PERISTALTIC FILLING
Changing the fluid path can be achieved in under a minute. The closed fluid path removes the risk of cross contamination, making the PD12P ideal for contract filling, filling for clinical trials or a production environment, where many types of liquids need to be filled in various batch sizes.
NO FOAMING, SPLASHING OR DRIPPING
Foaming, splashing or dripping between each fill is always unacceptable. The adjustable fill speed and acceleration of the PD12P filler prevent splashing and foaming while dripping is stopped using a back-suction function.

The PD12P has been optimised to work with Accusil platinum cured silicone tubing. This type of tubing delivers highly accurate dispensing and it is an important part of the solution, ensuring that costly overfilling is prevented.
